RUEBEN Boxer Young Male for sale in Ogden, Utah

RUEBEN's story
Rueben is a 1-year-old, neutered male, brown brindle and white Boxer/Labrador Retriever mix. He was surrendered to us by his former owner on 01/31/196 because the autistic child in the home made him nervous.
Ruebens former owners let us know that he is an indoor dog that is crate trained and house trained. He is a bit growly when visitors or other animals come into the home. He is okay with people/animals when outside of the home. The vets office makes him quite nervous; he shakes and drools. He previously lived with children, and could do so again as long as they respectful, quiet and over age 10. Reuben was never destructive in his former home.
Reuben is a shy fellow when it comes to meeting new people; he is sweet dog once he gets to know you and loves to play with toys/fetch. Reuben walks well on the leash, knows the sit and down commands and takes food gently from your hand. He would also highly benefit from a medium to large back yard so he can burn off some of his energy during the day. Rueben previously lived with another dog, a cat and a guinea pig and could do so again.
Reubens $85 adoption fee includes his up-to-date vaccination, rabies vaccine, microchip, leash, collar, and goody bag!
